The Energy Projects Conference & Expo (EPC Show) is a major event for professionals involved in large-scale energy projects.

It brings together five conference streams and a large exhibition, connecting engineering, construction, commissioning, supply chain, operations and maintenance professionals across the full project lifecycle.

The event is aimed at owner / operators, EPCs, contractors, solution providers, consultants and senior energy professionals.

Please arrive according to your attendee type and the published opening times.

  • Exhibitors: From 7:00am on show days
  • Delegates: From 8:00am on show days
  • Visitors: From 9:00am on show days

Yes. The official event app includes the 1-to-1 networking platform.

You will be emailed a QR code shortly before the event.

Use this QR code at the on-site registration kiosks to print your physical badge. If you do not have the QR code, you can search by name or company at the kiosk.

No. All badges must be printed at the registration kiosks on-site.

Registration kiosks are located just outside the entrance to the exhibition in Halls C & D.

Please bring a valid driving licence or passport.

Yes. Another person can print your badge on your behalf at the registration kiosk if required.

Yes. Group discounts are available on Executive All-Access passes for groups of two or more.

No. One-day passes are not offered. Passes provide full two-day access only.

No. These are included with Executive All-Access and Owner / Operator passes.

They are not included with Expo-only passes.

Yes, on-site registration is available, although advance registration is recommended to avoid queues.

Only credit card / card payments are accepted.

Yes. A confirmation email and receipt will be sent to the email address used during registration.

You can update your details through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting josh.bull@epcshow.com.

No cancellations or refunds are offered within 30 days of the event.

Passes can be transferred to another person if needed.

If the event is postponed, your booking will be transferred to the new dates.

If no new dates are offered, you will be offered a refund.

All passes are full two-day passes and all-access passes include access to all tracks.

There is no need to pre-book standard sessions.

No. Contact details are not shared with other attendees unless you give consent through on-site lead capture.

Your visible profile includes only the information you choose to share.

You can manage profile visibility through the 1-to-1 meeting app by editing your profile.

You can update your marketing preferences using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of event emails.

The dress code is smart / business casual.

You are welcome to bring a laptop or other devices if you wish.

Firearms are not permitted inside the event.

Yes. A daily shuttle service will run between the Hilton Post Oak Hotel and the George R. Brown Convention Center.

The service starts from 7:30am.

Visa requirements depend on your country of origin and U.S. entry rules.

Confirmation of your event registration is required before a visa invitation letter can be issued.

Visa invitation letters are usually issued within 24 hours.

Yes. If your visa application is denied, a refund will be offered.

Venue Amenities, Food & Facilities

Wi-Fi, workspaces, catering, accessibility, quiet rooms, storage and venue policies.

Free Wi-Fi will not be available to attendees.

Individual access can be purchased directly from the venue on the day if required.

Wi-Fi is a paid service managed by the venue. Network details will be provided when access is purchased on-site.

For quiet calls or focused work, we recommend stepping outside the main event area.

There are no designated charging stations.

Attendees are advised to bring a power bank or arrive with devices fully charged.

For Executive All Access and Executive Owner / Operator passes, snacks and refreshments will be available in the networking lounge.

Lunch is also provided on both event days for these pass types.

Expo-only and Standard Owner / Operator attendees can buy refreshments from concession stands on the exhibition floor.

Meeting platform access, attendee messaging, networking lounges and evening events.

The main networking feature is the 1-to-1 meeting platform.

It allows you to view confirmed attendees, send meeting requests and arrange on-site meetings in the dedicated meeting lounge.

Please use the 1-to-1 meeting platform to request and confirm meetings with attendees, exhibitors and speakers.

Yes. Confirmed 1-to-1 meetings take place in the dedicated meeting lounge on the right-hand side of the exhibition floor.

Yes. Attendees can message each other and request meetings through the 1-to-1 meeting app.

Yes. A networking drinks reception will take place in the exhibition hall on 16 June from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

No. Access to the networking drinks reception is included in your pass and no RSVP is required.

The dress code remains smart / business casual.

You can view confirmed attendees through the 1-to-1 meeting platform.

There will be a small selection of workshops. Some are invitation-only.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Logistics

Team registration, passes, exhibitor manual, sponsorship, meeting platform access and lead capture.

Pass allocations vary by contract. If you are unsure, please email josh.bull@epcshow.com.

Yes. Lost and found enquiries should be directed to the main registration desk.

First aid will be provided on-site. Please refer to the floorplan or ask at registration for the exact location.

Yes. Trained first-aid or medical support will be available throughout the event.

In the event of a medical emergency, go to the first aid point or the main registration desk, or alert a member of staff immediately.

Fire safety equipment is located throughout the exhibition halls and concourses and must remain unobstructed.

In an evacuation, follow venue signage and staff instructions and proceed to the designated assembly area.

No. Emergency announcements will be made in English only.

Security staff, including off-duty police officers, will be on-site throughout the event.

Programme, Content & On-Site Experience

Agenda access, session changes, workshop registration, post-event slides and recording guidance.

Any updates to agenda times or locations will be reflected on the agenda overview page.

No pre-registration is required for standard sessions.

Some workshops are invitation-only.

Slides will be shared after the event, but audio recordings will not be provided.

There is no specific published policy, but attendees are asked to be considerate of speakers and other delegates.

Official social media details and hashtags can be added once confirmed.

Additional / Miscellaneous FAQs

General attendee scenarios, guest attendance, children, feedback and future event information.

Yes. Your pass covers both days, but you may attend only part of the event if needed.

That is fine. You may arrive late or leave early within event opening hours.

Guests or family members may attend, but each person must register for their own pass.

No. Children are not permitted at the event.

Feedback surveys will be sent to attendees after the event.
