The 1‑2‑1 meeting service is designed to make your two days onsite as productive as possible as an EPC or contractor. Instead of leaving conversations to chance, our team will work with you in advance to pinpoint the project owners, operators, OEMs and technology partners that align with your live bids, active projects and target pipeline.
Ahead of the event, you’ll share your priorities, scopes and target categories, and we’ll then arrange a series of pre-booked, face-to-face meetings for you on-site – either in the dedicated meetings lounge or at exhibitor booths. You arrive with a curated schedule of high-value conversations focused on unlocking new work, filling capability gaps and strengthening delivery partnerships.
The service has already facilitated thousands of meetings between EPCs, owners and solution providers, ensuring you spend time only where it counts – with senior decision-makers and technical leaders who can move opportunities forward. The 1‑2‑1 meeting service is completely free for EPCs and contractors to use, helping you maximise ROI on every hour you spend out of the office.

Eligible Companies Include
*Eligibility Criteria - EPC / Contractor passes are only open to current employees of EPC / Contractor companies solely in a project execution role. Examples of these companies include: Apache Industrial, Bechtel, Black & Veatch, Burns & McDonnell, Fluor, JGC Americas, KBR, Kiewit, McDermott, Worley etc.
**Executive Owner Pass - If your job title is Director level or above (Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, or CEO), you may qualify Executive Pass. If eligible your pass will be upgraded during the approval process. If you’re below this level, don’t worry — you can still enjoy a free standard pass that gives you access to all conference sessions and networking areas.
**Lunch Terms - Directors and above who hold an Executive Pass are invited to join our sit-down Executive Lunch. All other attendees can enjoy a variety of concession stands available throughout the venue (at their own cost).
