Mr. Medlin is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the Chief Executive Officer of Red Post Energy, LLC. Mr. Medlin has an extensive global background in the oil and gas, and power generation industries, having championed successful projects from concept to operations for Shell, ExxonMobil, Pemex, and others. In such roles, he has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, President, and Country Manager.

In his career, Mr. Medlin has directly developed and delivered capital projects budgets ranging from <$5MM to >$40B. Mr. Medlin is an Engineer with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Organizational Management, bringing with him over 25 years’ industry experience.
