The LNG Export Engineering & Construction Track brings together project owners, EPCs and technical leaders to explore how the next wave of US LNG capacity can be delivered safely, predictably and competitively. Against rising costs and competition for equipment, fabrication capacity and skilled labour, the programme examines the project models, engineering decisions and partnerships needed to strengthen execution certainty.

• Competing to Build: Explore how owners and EPCs can respond to cost escalation, supply-chain constraints and competing infrastructure investment. Examine approaches to reducing installed cost per tonne, alongside alternative development models, including standardised floating LNG.
• Designing for Execution Certainty: Understand how early alignment across concept selection, FEED, procurement and construction strategy can protect cost and schedule. Explore modularisation, fabrication planning and repeatable project designs that improve constructability and reduce exposure to labour and delivery constraints.
• Delivering Through Collaboration and Innovation: Examine contracting models, risk allocation and governance approaches that align project partners and strengthen accountability. Assess how technology choices can improve project economics and delivery performance without adding unnecessary complexity.
